Your responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in our next generation ERP implementation project with a primary scope in supporting the North American deployment

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and align requirements

  • Analyze the existing solution and recommend improvements to processes, data and the ERP

  • Assist in creating end-user documentation

  • Assist in creation of training materials and deliverables

  • Support the end-users in using the ERP, promoting best practices

  • Lead creation of use cases

  • Test system changes utilizing business use cases and assist users with their testing efforts

  • Understand and map configurations, as needed

  • Provide first and second level technical support to end users

  • Maintain documentation of issues, resolution and knowledge base information

  • Actively involved in system upgrades, deployment of new features and modules

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years experience working with Infor LN and 4+ years experience gathering and documenting business processes

  • Background in at least one these areas: Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Production

  • Commercial or technical background (professional experience and/or degree)

  • Ability to analyze business processes and implementing Infor LN ( in an international business environment is a plus)

  • Effective communication skills

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel

  • Business fluent English, (orally and in writing), Spanish is an advantage
