The Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. Working closely with Finance and business stakeholders, this role helps ensure accurate and timely financial information while providing insights to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities include preparing management reports, supporting budget and forecast processes, conducting variance analysis, monitoring costs, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and support performance management. The role operates within global financial processes and standards while supporting the needs of assigned businesses, functions, or regions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

  • Prepare and maintain recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting

  • Analyze actual financial results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance

  • Identify, investigate, and explain key financial variances, trends, risks, and opportunities

  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial close activities in coordination with Accounting and other Finance teams

  • Monitor revenue, operating expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, and other key financial performance indicators as applicable

  • Develop and maintain financial models, schedules, reports, and analyses used to support business planning and decision-making

  • Partner with business and functional teams to collect financial inputs, validate assumptions, and understand business performance

  • Support preparation of management presentations and financial performance reviews

  • Ensure financial reporting and planning activities are completed accurately and according to established global timelines, policies, and standards

  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

  • Collaborate with Finance colleagues across countries, regions, and functions in a global operating environment

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance function

  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with financial reporting, ERP, planning, or business intelligence systems

  • Advanced level of English language

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet recurring reporting deadlines

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, functions, and time zones in a global organization
