The ÖTS3 initiative consists of three main phases:
- Delivery and testing: Comprehensive project management, installation, commissioning and integration with Trafikverket‘s operational systems.
- Implementation: System configuration and deployment across all traffic signal installations, ensuring operational readiness.
- Maintenance and support: Ongoing system operations, preventive maintenance, and technical support for a minimum of four years, with options to extend.
